Refund Policy

These courses are digital products. There are no refunds.

That is the whole policy and I am putting it first so nobody has to go looking for it. The rest of this page explains what that means and the one situation where money does come back.

There are no refunds

Everything in a course is digital and yours the moment your payment goes through, so payments are final. That covers a course you did not finish, a course you forgot about, and a decision that it was not for you after all.

Read before you buy

The first two lessons of each course are free to read, with no email and no account. That is the same man writing the same way. Read them first.

When the billing goes wrong, I fix it

A mistake is not a refund. It is a mistake, and I will put it right.

If you were charged twice for the same course, or charged for a purchase that was never yours, write to me and I will return that money. Tell me the email you used and roughly when the charge appeared. That is enough for me to find it.

If a refund is ever issued in full, access to that course ends with it.

Talk to me first

[email protected]. If something about a charge does not look right, email me before you call your bank. I am one man and I answer my own mail, and a dispute filed with a card company takes weeks to resolve something I can usually look at the same day. Access to a course is paused while a dispute is open.
